Operation Logistics Specialist Apply locations Leggiuno, Varese, Italy time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday time left to apply End Date: December 31, 2024 (27 days left to apply) job requisition id REQ-1000032682 Operation Logistics Specialist, reporting to the Logistic Coordinator, has the task of coordinating and communicating processes between the 3PL DCs (Brignano – Italy and Ontigola – Spain) and the SBD organization. With a focus on the timely, accurate fulfilment of orders, Operation Logistics Specialist promotes positive relations with sales department, business care function and demand function. Operation Logistics Specialist will also ensure organizational alignment to improve performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the coordination between Customer Service, Supply Chain, Transportation Giving support to the 3PL on Inbound / Outbound prioritization to anticipate workload Stock reliability support Ensure stock & deliveries reconciliation between SAP et 3PLs WMS Provide support to annual stock take activities Report out KPIs defined by EMEA ANZ Organization (PPM, OTD…) Returns Coordination Customer Claims coordination Provide support and guidance to the Business Care teams to ensure strong processes are developed and followed with the logistics partners Report out on process/project advancement Ensure alignment across functions, external and internal supplier Collaborate on monitoring slow movers and or obsolete products Giving support to sales and trade marketing on specific stock availability and check ACCOUNTABILITY Operation Logistics Specialist is accountable for: Support the performance of the DC for OTD, quality and stock reliability Giving relevant data to the DC to help manage the workload. Make proposal to improve processes between 3PL/ Business Care / Demand Team Report and follow up on Product Quality Issues Inbound Purchase Order maintenance Support new SKUs creation Coordinate with 3PL the purchase activities of consumables COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Understanding of logistics processes and operations Well organized and proactive, able to prioritize a busy workload Enthusiasm, can-do attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges Communication and collaboration with other functions Able to manage complexity Good approach managing different systems KEY RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Business Care teams IT teams Supply Chain Sales & Trade Marketing DC teams across Europe External: 3rd party vendors IT provider Carriers REQUIREMENTS Formal Qualifications Warehouse Background Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English Spanish language preferred, not required SAP Good interpersonal skills Proficient in Excel and outlook Knowledge & Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar warehouse activities / roles Commitment to continuous improvement Other Remarks Internal level : Check with local law Travel requirements : some travels could be necessary 1 day per week to Brignano DC All associates in Stanley Black & Decker must: Live the Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Values (Courage & Innovation, Agility & Performance, Inclusivity & Collaboration, Integrity & Accountability) Follow all policies applicable at any given time Follow the EHS standards Embrace the SFS principles Follow the DOA (Delegation of authority) applicable at any given time J-18808-Ljbffr
