As Operations Manager you will enforce your project manager skills, engaging with our doctors and patience and all our partners, Insurance, Universities, Clinics, etc.

You will be able to work with a fast-growing startup and you'll develop a clear knowledge of how to distil complexity into simple and clear execution.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The following responsibilities pertain to the Operation Manager role:

- Coordinate with doctors;

- Creating invoice for insurances;

- Supporting MedinAction to get new business partners (Universities, insurances, clinics, etc.

);

- Contribute to building new MedinAction process and maintain existing ones;

- Ensure that deadlines are met.

**YOUR PROFILE

- Must have excellent English;

- Analytical;

- High level of motivation;

- Innovative, flexible and able to take initiatives;

- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment;

- Deadline driven with excellent time management skills;

- Planning and organizational skills;

- Detail-oriented;

- Precise and meticulous

**A previous experience (and knowledge) in the Health Care Industry is a plus.
