Job Description: EFI is looking for an Operation Project Manager to join our InkJet Solutions Business Unit in our Comun Nuovo plant, Bergamo Area, Italy.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Operations Senior Director and you will be responsible for inventory process overview and analysis, operation forecast, and operations KPIs analysis (manufacturing efficiency and saturation, savings, PPV, OTD) and you will assist the Finance department in the annual cost roll using SAP.

Responsibilities: Inventory analysis, reclassification, and target; also collaborate in the physical count.

Inventory AOP and forecast target.

Manufacturing hours collection and analysis for AOP/Forecast.

Weekly rolling forecast from an operation point of view (WBS, Month of production, status, cost, etc. ).

Operation KPIs measuring and monitoring.

Determines the COGS for the printers in the Forecast.

Analyses slow-moving items to determine parts to scrap.

Assist Finance in the Annual Cost Roll to solve errors and analyze the printer's value.

Support in uploading Standard Cost for the Italian Plant.

Raw materials PPV analysis in collaboration with Finance.

Printing heads analysis.

PRO 9 check and analysis.

Requirements: Degree in Economics or Engineering.

3-5 years of experience in similar roles in manufacturing companies.

Good knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken).

Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and production scheduling principles.

Knowledge of the master data that drives forecasting, planning, production scheduling, and shipping functionality in SAP.

Ability to deal with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and liaise with co-workers at all levels.
