Adecco Italia SpA is looking for a Database Developer / Data Analyst. The Operation Support Assistant – Database Developer/Data Analyst will be based in one of the offices located in Rome and, under the supervision of the Measure Coordinator, will support operational activities within the national authority. In particular, he/she will perform some or all of the following tasks:Analyse and process large sets of data using appropriate tools and software. Clean and process raw data using relevant tools and ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Design relational databases and/or data collection tools and ensure the collection, consolidation, processing, and validation of data from different resources. Compile regular status reports, charts, and graphs by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends from existing databases/data collection tools. Constantly liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequate data extraction for requested analytical and statistical reports. Support the smooth implementation of reporting and monitoring cycles of the stakeholder's office, including the development of quantitative information, drafting, editing, and proofreading. Support the drafting of internal workflows, procedures, tools, templates, minutes, and reports. Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile. SELECTION CRITERIACompleted university degree of at least three years in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other applicable fields. Previous professional experience in similar tasks of at least 1 year. Possess a thorough knowledge of both Italian and English. Have excellent knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel including pivot, macro, power query). Database development experience and knowledge (i. e. , relational database SQL), data modelling, big data analytics, data visualization tools (i. e. , PowerBI, Tableau). AdvantageousPrevious experience within an international and multicultural environment. Previous experience with information and data management in the area of migration and/or asylum. Responsabilità:Availability to full-time fixed-term contract through Adecco until 30. 06. 2025 (renewable). Gross monthly salary: 3043€. Duty Station: Roma.
