As a leader in the business, you will maintain a seamless back of house function and support the selling teams by ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment, contributing to the overall store success.

You will lead and develop the operations team through:Inspiring hands-on team management and coachingMaintaining inventory levels and controlsBest-in-class operations managementMaintaining product availability to improve efficiency and maximize client experienceEffectively managing vendor relationshipsManaging all internal auditingImproving BOH processes and monitoring your operations budgetProfileYour impact: we are looking for an experienced people leader with a background in retail operations, with accountability for driving and delivering full store operational and commercial results.

To ensure your success in leading our BOH function, you will also bring proven experience in identifying and leveraging business opportunities to ensure the achievement of your team's goals.
