Our Cabin Services teams look after our Crew and Pilots.

We are looking for a part-time Operational Administrator to join our team.

Working in the fast paced, operational environment of Cabin Services, You will carry out the administrative activities at a country level.

You will provide vital administrative support to the Base Management teams whilst increasing efficiency and high standards.

Working closely with the base management team, You will be reviewing and managing situations to prevent them from impacting on operations.

Some of what you will be doing includes, providing reports to the Pilot/ Base Management team, ensuring the safe storage of documentation relating to the operations of the base and undertaking weekly base audits.

Working in collaboration with the wider team, you will be responsible for various aspects of administrative duties relating to the overall success of the base.

**Requirements of the Role

**What you need to do this role

To do this role, you will have lots of previous experience in an administrative setting.

Having previous experience of working in an airline will give you a good head start on being able to be an effective member of the team.

As this is a fast paced environment, an understanding of local procedures and reporting packages will help you to deliver your objectives.

You must be fluent (both written and verbally) in Italian and English.

A good understanding of GDPR and other local policies is essential for this role.

There may also be a requirement to travel within the easyJet network to support other bases in Italy.

This part-time role will be based Milano Malpensa, and will be 20 hours per week, with some occasional travel required.
