Partner with the best The Program Manager demonstrates accountability for functional and operational objectives. In this role, he/she will drive the development of key Programs within GTS Operational Excellence and Digitization function, working both on process optimization and new tools introduction.

As an Operational Excellence and Digitization Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Working close to Functions and Regions to identify areas of process improvement delivering redesign options and/or tools developmentAnalyzing key processes of the assigned Program to map process steps, systems/tools, R&Rs and delivering a clear view over identified gaps and prioritized solutionsPreparing business cases for proposed programs supporting strategic prioritizationEffectively cooperating with DT and in general with "extended" Team members for programs developmentRegularly updating organization and key stakeholders on program statusAssuring a smooth startup of the initiatives (post go live), granting process stabilization and proper adoptionFuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma)Have background: IT, Operations or Project ManagementHave significant experience in Oil & Gas industry - preferredHave good communication skills within a cross-functional environmentBe a promoter of the collaboration cultureHave analytical, process improvement and project management skillsBe fluent in English and ItalianWork in a way that works for you
