You will be responsible for driving the mindset change through the use of Lean tools, systems, behaviours and performance culture. More in detail, your activities will include: Drive technical Continuous Improvement projects, with a special focus on Operational Excellence improvement, waste elimination, deviation reduction, cost optimization; Develop and maintain the OE network by transferring knowledge, setting standards, providing consultancy, driving communication and implementing collaborations to identify new Operational Excellence trends; Be the owner of OE Measuring System, coordinating IT activities and User trainings; Support the sustainability of Continuous Improvement processes and Active Performance Management by leading problem solving activities under pressure, conducting value stream analysis and implementing visual management; Coaching and training the CI team members and developing junior team members through sharing of knowledge and experience. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: At least 5 years experience driving change through Continuous Improvement/ Operational Excellence Certificated LEAN Specialist or Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Excellent knowledge of production, IT technology and the value stream including legal and safety requirements Fluency in English, knowledge of Italian is preferred Ability to translate vision into action and measurable results A demonstrated ability to analyse, understand and solve complex problems Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills Your new team Joining LEO Pharma means becoming part of a global organization that values collaboration and growth.
