In this position you will. . . .

. . . unequivocally manage supplier performance by developing and implementing world-class processes and procedures to improve operational and financial efficiency.

You will take a proactive and collaborative lead with bolttech suppliers to identify, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.

**You will be responsible for

- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency using available historical and current data.

- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement with suppliers.

Using data with the outlook suppliers can become autonomous with achieving KPI excellence and cost savings for the business.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams within the organisation to ensure successful implementation of supplier performance and cost-saving initiatives.

- Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs with suppliers by enhancing activities that perform well, streamlining processes and practices for those that generate negative results.

- Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

- Coordinating with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.

- Leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, customer service, and costs.

- Reviewing all operational processes for efficiency, scale, and quality improvements.

- Creating a roadmap to demonstrate the requirements needed to ensure improvements in supplier performance are delivered in full and on time.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years relevant experience in an Operations Excellence multinational company, preferably within Mobile phone reverse logistic industries

- Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management, and interpersonal skills

- Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then making it happen

- Strong quantitative capabilities.

Adept at drawing conclusions from a variety of data sources

- Prioritises tasks according to business objectives and can pursue several objectives simultaneously

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
