OffertaLead and instruct business leaders and associates in the application of lean methodologies across business and manufacturing operations. Drive order-to-cash transformation activities across the value chain. Establish a culture of continuous improvement through leadership and coaching, ensuring hands-on facilitation of Kaizen activities and employee training. Implement process improvement initiatives using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Process Control, and SMED projects. Develop a long-term continuous improvement strategy and maintain a pipeline of lean initiatives. Identify performance gaps and lead initiatives to align with benchmarks. Enhance material flow techniques and implement pull systems between manufacturing and supply chain processes. Share practices across different business units to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of improvements. Document standardized work and operating procedures to sustain efficiency gains. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and sustainable results of improvement projects. Competenze ed esperienzaBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in lean transformation, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain. Proven track record in implementing lean methodologies (e. g. , Shingo, Model Site). Strong knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies. Ability to analyze performance data and financial metrics. Experience with manufacturing software, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools. Certified Lean Expert or Lean Belt preferred. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability skills.
