**Your role in our team**:

- You will be part of the Operational Excellence team for a six-month internship, focusing on group-wide initiatives with the aim of improving processes throughout all functions and areas of the Körber Group

- You will contribute to define a new Program Management tool in order to map, collect and monitor all information and reports on Operational Excellence across the Group

- You will investigate available methodologies for Program Management with focus on Continuous improvement and Business excellence initiatives

- You will be part of an international environment, giving also your contribution to the Operational Excellence network, managing presentations, reports and communication initiatives

**Your profile**:

- You are a Master's student or graduate in Management, Engineering, Economics or equivalent fields

- You are highly motivated in being part of an innovative, dynamic and intercultural environment

- You have strong analytical and conceptual problem solving skills

- You have a structured, collaborative and responsible way of working

- You are professionally fluent in English and Italian

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and will to learn new tools (such as Power BI) and methodologies (e. g.

Lean Six Sigma)
