We are looking for a Operational Excellence Specialist to join our Quality and Continuous Improvement department.

This figure will be in charge of managing the Italian perimeter, but business trips there will also be in the rest of Europe.

YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:Implementing and monitoring quality control processes across various operational areasProviding training and guidance to operational staff on quality protocols and best practicesInvestigating and resolving customer complaints and operational issues related to qualityCollecting and analyzing data to track operational performance and quality trendsGenerating quality and KPI reports and presenting findings to managementWHO YOU ARE:You hold a bachelor's degreeYou are fluent in EnglishYou are proficient with Microsoft OfficeYou preferably know Power BI or QlikViewYou have an analytical mindset with excellent attention to detailYou are able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsYou have problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvementDO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
