Operational Governance Lead - Field Services Location: Milan IT Hub (Permanent, Full-time, on-premises with some remote flexibility) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent experience • 5 years experience in an IS/IT organization • Fluent in English Position Summary Are you a talented Operational Governance Lead ready to join the Workforce 360 Devices team in Milan, Italy? We are a diverse team of professionals from various countries, part of Nestlé Global IT HUB in Milano, comprising more than 150 professionals across 20 different nationalities. Your passion and skills are needed to lead Operations and Governance for our Field Services product, enabling the digital workplace experience for our receivers with reliable technology. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure quality, efficiency, productivity, and agility of service delivery • Define procedures and processes for the Field Services area • Coordinate product changes and drive continuous improvement with internal teams and suppliers • Support supplier relationship management and oversee supplier performance • Provide support to regional teams as a Subject Matter Expert on contracts, billing, and SLAs • Analyze product usage and performance data for IT Performance Management • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors • Support Product Owners, Project Managers, and Solutions Architects in developing Scopes of Work and Project Deployment plans • Contribute to the organization's adoption of DevOps methodology and Agile project management What will make you successful? • Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders • Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs • Strong vendor management, communication, presentation, and documentation skills • Strategic and critical thinking with a data-driven approach • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Strong English communication skills for diverse stakeholders • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines • Practical experience in DevOps organizations with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/AzureDevOps) About Nestlé Global IT Hub: At Nestlé IT, we are a diverse, global team of IT professionals in the health, nutrition, and wellness sector.
