**Job description**:
Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a **Operational Lead **in one of our opportunities in the **Food and Beverage** industry in Milan/Bergamo/Rome/Turin/Bologna in Hybrid mode.
***What you will do?
- Ensures the delivery of efficient and secure IS/IT operations for connectivity products, supports IS/IT systems that fulfill the needs of the business, and provides input to the development team and technical lead as well as to peers responsible for other aspects of operations.
- Provides oversight in the products' 'run' and 'maintain' phase to deliver the committed product business value, and provides input to peers
- Provides technical escalation support for specialists and client's suppliers to ensure service level objectives are met
- Ensure optimal service at the right cost versus quality with ability to right size at the point of need
- Leads the development of operational aspects and ensures their end-to-end integration and value delivery
- Participates in the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities with a focus on suitability for integration with the existing IT operations environment
- Contribute to increasing flexibility by leveraging service providers to meet growing business demand and help people to be focused on added value activities
- Enables and fosters transversal skills to support products, product/platform groups and/or streams to ensure operational excellence Operational Effectiveness and Efficiency
- Continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of operational support for internally or by third party managed product or platform groups within in scope
- Supports the IT Performance Management in analyzing product/platform usage and performance by gathering respective data
- Ensure sustainable alignment in the end to end service delivery in the stream with the Global model, including services delivered internally and by suppliers
- Act as single-point-of-contact (SPoC) for operational related questions

- Experience in service management principles and execution.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
- Experience explaining technical concepts and technologies.
- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels in the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
- Strong IS/IT operations acumen, including cross-domain knowledge and preferably earlier career experience in an individual contributor role in IT operations.
- Knowledge and experience in leveraging traditional practices, such as IT service management, as well as emerging methods, such as DevOps, that are optimized for agility.
- The following certifications will be considered as a plus: ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master
- Diversified background of technical infrastructure experience, experience with Network Connectivity Products (software-defined WAN, remote connectivity, LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity, etc.
), DevOps approach, interpersonal and collaboration skills, and end-to-end understanding of IT business solutions.
