Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy.

**Take ownership for customer projects

As an Operational Leader, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.

You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects.

You'll play an essential role in identifying improvements to products, processes and procedures.

As an Operational Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Providing leadership and guidance to front-line manufacturing team to plan and monitor activities to support and execute multiple projects

- Overseeing and implementing improvements and innovations to processes, procedures and products

- Providing effective solutions and enhancements to production problems and issues

- Taking the lead in developing a strong culture of Health Safety and Environmental (HSE), quality and compliance excellence

- Developing and mentoring a cross-functional team in a global-matrix environment to plan and schedule for successful project delivery

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with strong experience gained within Manufacturing

- Have good hands-on experience gained within a manufacturing industry environment such as Energy, Automotive or Industrial

- Demonstrate extensive leadership experience and ability to shape and successfully execute complex projects

- Show strong communication skills and an ability to lead large, geographically dispersed teams with confidence

- Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business

- Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global-matrix organisation

- Display a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions

- Be fluent both in Italian and English (oral and written)
