Main ResponsabilitiesCarrying out the procedures for the acceptance, receipt and dispatch of goods with the preparation of the relevant documentationProcurement management, exposure changes and accounting alignments of proprietary shopsManaging the return, repair and re-sale process of second-hand productsCo-ordination of deliveries in set-up and off-load booking of major business partnersManagement of scrap productsManagement of local logistics providers and internal shipmentsManagement of departmental mailboxes

Skills requiredKnowledge of warehouse management processesKnowledge of regulations governing national and international transport, environment, and notions of commercial lawKnowledge of operational and logistical processes related to the retail worldKnowledge of operational techniques relating to transport, local distribution, distribution administration and control, and inbound and outbound transport managementKnowledge of transport documentationProblem solving and proactivityOrganizational and time management skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAPKnowledge of Italian and English languages
