Randstad Italy SpA is seeking for an Operational Assistant for a prestigious multinational company in Telecommunications sector.

The Milan Research Team is looking for a detail-oriented Operation Assistant to support technical team operations, streamline project workflows, and coordinate business meetings.

This role ensures smooth execution of lab processes, organizes team-building activities, and tracks project milestones to address any issues promptly.

Contract : One-year contract, with the possibility of renewal

Salary : Approximately €30, 000 per year

Key Responsibilities : Project Operations Support : Facilitate the technical teams' project development and implementation processes within the labs. Process Management : Assist with key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and using online tools for asset management. Meeting Coordination : Organize regular business meetings within the labs and track open issues to ensure timely resolution. Team Activities : Plan and coordinate team-building initiatives and workshops to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere. Skills and Qualifications : Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing projects and processes. Master or Bachelor Degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a strong sense of purpose. Prior experience organizing and executing large conferences and events is a plus. Proficiency in Italian, English, and Chinese.
