Amazon is seeking a Training Manager to support entrepreneurs launching new logistics businesses through Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSP) program.

The DSP Training Manager will play a vital role in advancing the success of new DSP owners and their teams within the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) organisation.

The T&D manager will work with wider team stakeholders to continuously innovate our training offering and drive the customer experience from our training programs.

They will build partnerships with stakeholders across global operational and corporate teams to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and future-focused

This role requires a flexibility to travel to accommodate business needs up to 50% in peak onboarding periods (March

- October).
