As an Operations and Finance Support at Capco, you will be responsible for working directly with the Managing Partner as we grow our presence in Italy.

You will work on a wide variety of tasks and help to implement processes as well as new systems.

- Deep knowledge in financial services offering, including e. g.

Finance, Risk and Compliance, Financial Crime, Core Banking etc.

**Tasks**:

- Support the development and implementation of internal Controlling and Finance processes; support the set-up of clients and engagements in Capco's internal systems

- Central contact for all operational and finance-related Topics

- Act as a link between Finance and Operations; Collaborate closely with Central Europe Finance and Operations Leadership and cross-functional teams

- Financial Reporting and Analysis

- Present financial reports to Sr. Management

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Monitor actual financial performance against Budget / FC and analyze variances.

- Coordinate and liaise with auditors, provide necessary documentation and address audit inquiries.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cashflow statements.

- Ad-hoc Analysis

- Conduct analyses as requested by Global Management or CE Leadership

**Required Skills**:

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Profound understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting standards

- Understanding of Financial Principles and financial analysis techniques

- Good Communication skills, open to interact with various stakeholders (e. g. Sr. Management, Finance, HR)

- Very good excel skills

- Affinity for numbers

- Fluent in English and Italian
