What You'll Do
You will support the ongoing efforts in the digitalization of the core transactional processes of BCG within BST (Corporate Functions) for the EMC (East-Mediterranean and Caspian) geography. You will develop and adopt an end-to-end approach and will cover various activities from design to roll-out, maintaining a constant relationship with both internal BST teams and external vendors, supporting the team in developing new local projects and roll-out local best practices and digital tools across other EMC offices.
What You'll Bring
Ongoing or completed educational path in Economics or Management Engineering; Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude; Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams; Proactivity and entrepreneurial attitude; Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across departments and topics. Who You'll Work With
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.

Providing Project Management support on new projects development (Digital or Operations-related): business case, functional analysis, development, and launch; Maintaining and analyzing data related to existing digital projects; Managing operational activities and analysis with an analytical and business critical approach; Supporting in preparing analysis and related reports and presentations for internal and external meetings with all-level stakeholders; Maintaining relationship with external vendors to fulfill internal requests on tools' changes/updates in a timely manner.
