Key Responsibilities
- Manage basic bookkeeping and routine accounting tasks.
- Process payments and ensure timely execution.
- Support the operations office with invoice verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of the Italian administrative system to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Operations Administration Department to streamline administrative processes.
Competencies
- Language Proficiency: C2-level fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in bookkeeping, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with routine bookkeeping and the Italian administrative system.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving discrepancies in invoices and payments.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the administrative and operations teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing tasks across different office locations.
Experience
- Previous experience in Italian administrative roles is a plus.
- Experience in the travel & tourism sector is highly desirable.
Other Requirements
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- The position is full time 9am - 5. 30pm
