Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Sorrento, Italy as an Operations Agent.

You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

ABOUT THE JOB

Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive all the guests' requests.

Oversees and manage operational incidents and reviewing that there is no impact in the operation delivery.

Maintain continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.

Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.

Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.

Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.

ABOUT YOU

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required.

Other European languages would be advantageous.

Great organizational skills and ability work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the leisure and tourism industry - ideally in a booking admin position is desirable.

Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)

Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.

Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills
