Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Italy as an Operations Agent (Transfer).

ABOUT THE JOB You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation. Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time. Overseeing Operation during transfer day. Managing Last Minute Bookings and Amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smooth as possible and optimizing costs and load factor. Amend, whenever necessary, plannings accordingly to vehicle availability. Supporting service delivery team. Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services including excursions and/or transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met. Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes. Liaise & negotiate with suppliers to solve problems. Collaborate with colleagues in other teams & support operations in other areas of Italy. Offer full experience as a local expert to the delivery team. Assist our suppliers/clients when on the spot through the emergency line. Guide contracting. ABOUT YOU Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Italian & English is required. Other European languages would be advantageous. Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the leisure and tourism industry is desirable. Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday). Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture. Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills. A collaborative and great team player. Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload.
