PURPOSE

Work for the ongoing improvement of products, maintaining them in line with the market and customers' expectations, analyzing productive processes, checking technical feasibility and optimizing their economic profitability.

Main Responsibilities Support the Group Operating Process Manager in the study of the technical feasibility of new strategic products and/or their possible modifications.

Formulate the cost of a new strategic product and possible proposals for its reduction.

Support the Group Operating Process Manager in the coordination of industrial tests related to raw materials and new strategic products and in the constant interfacing with the line Product Office Dept.

Participate in the definition of the internal technical specifications of a new product.

Collaborate with the Group Operating Process Manager on the coordination of the improvement plan for strategic products following complaints, non-conformity or inefficiencies and on the dissemination of the related results achieved.

Analyse costs/consumption deviation at a macro-level and support the line Product Office Dept.

for the related analysis activity with periodical frequency.

Execute cost analysis on other factors affecting cost.

Support the Group Operating Process Manager in the coordination of the analysis of product quality performance of single countries or plants (quality index).

Calculate and monitor productive efficiency at macro-level and support the Group Operating Process Manager in the definition of improvement plans.

Support the line Product Office Dept.

in problem solving.

Train the line Product Office Dept's personnel on the relevant process/activity and related procedures.

Requirements For The Application Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related fields.

Good level of English (both reading and speaking).

High level of logical and analytical skills, keen on data analysis and reporting.

Curious and proactive mindset, focused on improvement.

Prone to work as a team, as well as carry on the work autonomously.
