As a result of this growth, we are looking for a bright Operations Analyst to join the team based in our Milan office.

The role The Operations Analyst will support the Team evaluating current processes and systems, identifying areas of improvement, and developing and maintaining reporting and analytics, as well as providing general operational support.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for collecting data and compiling reports and data analysis across different departments. This data collection will help us understand MotorK workforces and support strategic decisions. Also:

Manage employee data in the IS system and ensure accuracy and completenessPrepare and analyse reports to internal stakeholders to identify trendsIdentify opportunities to improve systems and design systems or upgrades or suggest additions to meet these needsCoordinate with other departments to ensure operations are in alignment with organisational goalsPrepare and produce metrics, reports, and dashboardsFix issues, glitches and system problemsSupport cross-area activities and other projectsRequirementsOur ideal Operations Analyst Intern will be a proactive and eager learner.

As well as:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldProficient level of English. Knowledge of any other language is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
