Posizione**:

As an **Operations and Supply Chain Specialist **you will join the Industrial Operations team, to contribute to F2M eSolutions exponential growth in the manufacturing and logistics areas.

You will work in a fast-paced context and interact with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that production targets are timely achieved and to guarantee customers' satisfaction.

**Your tasks**:

- Set and control all the Operation Management activities involved in the "make-to-stock" and "make-to-order" parts production in order to satisfy customer expectations;

- Support key suppliers' relation in order to guarantee on time deliveries to Customers in both B2B and B2C markets;

- Manage customers' orders entry to support suppliers' planning and inventory control activities;

- Work closely with the purchasing department to support on purchase requests and purchase orders release and monitoring;

- Report and track KPIs to monitor suppliers' & F2MeS' performances and highlight deviations to the management;

- Work on automating repetitive tasks through macros, queries and supporting the implementation of new tools;

- Propose and implement forecasting and supply planning process improvements;

- Interact with suppliers to ensure that raw materials, sub-components and finished products are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with forecasts and agreements;

- Assist in the development and enhancement of the MRP system;

- Map operational processes to create standardized operating procedures.

**Requisiti**:

**Your background**:

- BSc or MSc in Management or Mechanical Engineering;

- 1-3 years' experience in Supply Chain roles;

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;

- Keen to use Business Intelligence tools;

- Excellence in written and spoken English;

- Problem solver: you effectively synthesize information and resolve issues by using logic and common sense;

- Analytical mind: you are comfortable with numbers;
