About the roleWe're looking for a Rider Supply Associate to join our Operations Team and help to keep our hard-working riders happy and motivated. The Rider Supply Team is the riders' primary contact with Deliveroo.

It is in charge of giving riders the best application experience and guaranteeing the best possible riding experience with Deliveroo. RESPONSIBILITIESLiaising with the Strategy, Support and Central Supply teams to ensure you are engaging the right number and type of riders across ItalyActively developing strategies for improving rider numbers and retention in key areasMoving successful candidates through the application processIdentifying trends and gaps across Italy's supply pipelines to help direct our rider marketing strategiesPerform analysis related to the onboarding process and identify process weaknesses to focus onManagement of all matters related to the Rider Kit, from managing replacements to troubleshooting all sorts of problemsSupporting the fulfillment of your team's daily and weekly targetsREQUIREMENTS1-2 years of work experienceNative Italian speakerEnglish B2 levelExcel knowledgeBasic knowledge of Salesforce and/or Shopify is considered a plusWhy DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
