Your 'day to day':
As an Intern you will be part of our Operations Communications Team for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S. p. A. and will be reporting to Manager Operations Communications. The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Global team supporting in managing internal communication for the Operations department. You will be responsible for events organization, from the event's concept to speakers' engagement, content preparation, and logistics. You will support the design of communication campaigns and the creation of specific deliverables and pieces of communication.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Organizing engagement and networking events for Global function in Bologna site
- Creation of video interviews with different internal stakeholders
- Support in the development and launch of global communication campaigns from concept, development, deployment and measurement of results
Who we're looking for:
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Literacy in Office Suite
- Fluent in English and in Italian
- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
- Video creation
- Graphic Design Programs (Canva, Photoshop)
