Based in Galbiate, Italy, the Operations Controller reports directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling (solid line).

Responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to: Actual performance analyzing compared to budget and rolling forecast Action statement – gap to close measures Bill of Material (pre/post) analysis Control and optimize business processes Creation and updating of the process documentation Setting of basic data and work preparation in PSI Item & Product calculation including machine Pre & Post Calculation Act as PSI & Business Application super user ASSMG Participation in definition, conception, and timely implementation of Business & ICT projects Monitoring, troubleshooting, and securing the infrastructure including the network 1st level support for ICT infrastructure Amongst others, the Operations Controller will interact with the following stakeholders on a regular basis: CFO, SSM Group Head of Controlling, SSM Group Plant Manager, SSM Italy Your Qualifications Degree in Business Administration or Business Information (Master level) 3+ years' work experience in an international manufacturing environment.

Experience acquired in a Mechanical Engineering / Capital Goods / Automotive Supply Industry Company is an asset (especially machines with small series) Substantiated professional experience with profit, goal and performance responsibility over a large part of the value creation chain in the technical industry in an international environment Solid experience in change management in production (restructuring, cost saving, etc. )

Solid experience in Project Management (incl.
