Your Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesBased in Galbiate, Italy, the Operations Controller reports directly to the Head of Corporate Controlling (solid line).

Responsibilities will include the following but are not limited to:Actual performance analyzing compared to budget and rolling forecastAction statement – gap to close measuresBill of Material (pre/post) analysisSupport for finance dept.

(month closing / variance management)Control and optimize business processesCreation and updating of the process documentationSetting of basic data and work preparation in PSIItem & Product calculation including machine Pre & Post CalculationAct as PSI & Business Application super user ASSMGParticipation in definition, conception, and timely implementation of Business & ICT projectsMonitoring, troubleshooting, and securing the infrastructure including the network1st level support for ICT infrastructureAmongst others, the Operations Controller will interact with the following stakeholders on a regular basis:CFO, SSM GroupHead of Controlling, SSM GroupPlant Manager, SSM ItalyYour QualificationsIn terms of the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:Degree in Business Administration or Business Information (Master level)3+ years' work experience in an international manufacturing environment.

Experience acquired in a Mechanical Engineering / Capital Goods / Automotive Supply Industry Company is an asset (especially machines with small series)Substantiated professional experience with profit, goal and performance responsibility over a large part of the value creation chain in the technical industry in an international environmentSolid experience in change management in production (restructuring, cost saving, etc.

)Solid experience in Project Management (incl.
