**OPERATIONS CONTROLLING TRAINEE - INTERNSHIP/STAGE

For our Finance Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for an Operations Controlling Trainee

During this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you will be involved in the main forecasting and month end processes of the Supply Chain for 3 categories: Dairy products, Plant Based products, Specialized Nutrition product.

**About the job

You will support the Italy Operations controller in the following activities:

- Month End closing:

- Sap Checks of Material Costs of imported goods

- Logistic Costs accruals

- Write off costs follow up

- Evaluation of gaps vs Forecast or Previous Year (Volume, Mix and Price effects)

- Actuals data upload in Essbase follow up and consistency checks

- Preparation of Month end call with Europe Operations team

- Forecast Activities:

- Forecast input upload in Essbase both for Material and Logistic Costs

- Evaluation of gaps vs Previous Forecast or Previous Year (Volume, Mix and Price effects)

- Preparation of call with Europe Operations team end with Local supply chain team

- Transfer Price Management:

- Collection at the end of the year of Transfer Prices from Plants

- Calculation of main impacts on P&L

- Communication of Transfer Prices to Masterdata and Planning Teams

- Constant communication with European plants in order to receive Transfer Prices of Innovations

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or similar;

- Problem solving;

- Proactive and positive approach to embrace new challenges;

- Very structured and analytical way of working;

- Able to plan and control;

- Relational skills and flexibility;

- Excel, Power Point and knowledge of multidimensional databases (Essbase, Hyperion, SAP, Power BY)

- Fluent in English.
