Who we're looking for This is an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Operations department in Milan.

The role will support the operations team in everyday tasks such as linesheet uploads, purchase order processing, customer management and inbound delivery management.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, open to new challenges and able to action tasks quickly and accurately.

We are looking for a proactive and flexible team player with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be joining a small and highly motivated team who pride themselves on providing valuable support to both the sales team and wider business.

What your day to day will look like Confidently manage your own portfolio of brands; Build good working relationships with our brands and internal teamsManage the upload of all new season product information and imagery to internal system as well as to the Sales team's online selling platform 'JOOR'Ensure system is maintained accurately with up-to-date information and price listsProvide training and onboarding support to brands where neededProactively manage daily contact and updates with Sales and the Supply Chain teams as well as with clients and brandsSupport Sales team during market with ad-hoc admin tasks and queriesProcess customer orders and seasonal order recapsTimely submit bulk purchase orders at the end of each sales campaignReview and manage brand cancellations each seasonGain detailed product information and customs requirements from brands each seasonWork closely with our Logistics team to ensure successful brand inbound deliveriesWhat you need to succeed Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar Operations or Logistics roleWell organisedKnowledge of NetSuite is a big plusSolid competency in the use of ExcelSolution focussed - ability to identify appropriate support where necessaryConfident to work unsupervised on occasionsProactive - a self-starterExcellent clear and concise communication skills - written and oralAbility to take direction and prioritise tasksAgile - a fast learnerAvailable to travel internationally if necessaryFluency in spoken and written English - Italian is a plusWhat we Offer Type of contract: Permanent contract in accordance with the CCNL applied in the company (Terziario-Confcommercio). Salary: to be determined according to the candidate's experience. Daily meal vouchers valued at 8 euros for each day worked. Possibility of Smart Working 1 day a week.
