To develop our activities in Europe, we look for a Spanish-speaking Junior Operations Coordinator based in Milan, Italy.

Your role:

- Support our community of collaborators across our European network (mainly Spain) to help them conduct successful missions.

- Cold call, screen, interview, onboard and register new Creatives to constantly expand our operational presence.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with other teams.

- Operate with the attention to detail and structure necessary to build trust and confidence with our Creatives community.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, post-production, client support and product teams to develop and implement effective, efficient, and scalable operational initiatives.

- Develop process and analytics frameworks to support the team.

**Requirements**:

- Solving problem swiftly and creatively is your bread and butter.

- You are comfortable selling, convincing and helping people who could benefit from a new service.

- You have a first professional experience in service operations or project coordination.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Spanish Native/Bilingual, Italian and English at least full professional working proficiency.
