We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Operations Coordinator / Supervisor **to join our high-performing team **in Cadorago (Como area)**, directly reporting to our** Distribution Center Manager**.

Your Mission:

- ** Strategize**:Provide strategic and tactical support to achieve our safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost reduction goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and exceed customer expectations.

- ** Empower**:Lead and develop a team of 40+ talented individuals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Oversee production planning, scheduling, and daily operations in our 24/5 manufacturing environment.

- ** Innovate**: Identify and implement continuous improvement and engineering projects to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Leverage your problem-solving skills and creativity to optimize our use of slitting machines, packaging lines, and other equipment.

- ** Shape**: Play a key role in implementing our Distribution Center Network and Local Strategy, ensuring alignment with our balanced scorecard objectives.

**Qualifications** What we expect from you!

- Your Expertise**:

- ** Experienced**:3+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Production Planning, or Warehouse Management, with demonstrated people management skills

- ** Knowledgeable**:A degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

- ** Optimize**: Strong understanding of project management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, KPIs) and continuous improvement methodologies

- ** Inspire**: Fluency in English and Italian

- ** Passionate**: A passion for innovation, creativity, and sustainable business growth
