Operations Director
As Operations director (maternity cover) you will report to the Cluster Chief Operating Officer managing the following tasks:
Analyse, identify and implement operational process improvements to maximise effectiveness
Overview and supervise adherence to company PoliciesMonitor Timesheet Adoption and Client Utilisation KPIs and act to improve both
Optimise the usability and the of the tools managed by the Operations team (Time recording system, New business & contract tracker system) and grant the smooth integration with other systems
Managing transformational projects both based on Global or Local initiatives and needs.
Project may be related to:
Implementing new systems
Define and implement process and policies
Analyse current ways of working and define new optimised process
Appraise, adapt and develop the organisational design of each unit of the company

**Job Description**:
As Operations director you will report to the Cluster Chief Operating Officer managing the following tasks:

- _ Managing transformational projects both based on Global or Local initiatives and needs.
Project may be related to:_
- _ Implementing new systems_
- _ Define and implement process and policies_
- _ Analyse current ways of working and define new optimised process_
- _ Appraise, adapt and develop the organisational design of each unit of the company_
- For all managed projects, start with the discovery phase, develop project documentation and plan, implement the project with constant alignment with Project responsible to continuously adapt the project plan with priorities and changes in business needs. _
- Responsibility includes change management activities to grant that the change is absorbed in the Business As Usual and adopted as business process. _
- Act as PMO and report project status to region, collaborate with other PMOs in the region and with other members of the regional Operations team to support the collection of specific project data. _
- Coordinating directly one PM plus specific project teams members_
Qualifications:
- Similar experience in business services company_
- Flexibility_
- Analytical skills_
- Knowledge of project planning_
- Knowledge of Change management principles_
- Able to coordinate diverse groups of experts and to interact at any organisational level_
- Independent, self starter, curious to learn and understand compelx business processes_
- Fluent in English_
