About the Role The Multisite Operations Director role is a key position within the company, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing around 10 functional reports for each location. Main Responsibilities Define and implement production budgets for the group's sites to ensure efficient resource allocation. Plan and coordinate event operations, including services and logistics, based on the type of event. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to guidelines.
