Our fast-growing Technology startup sennder Italia is looking for an Operations Excellence to join our "Operations Excellence Team".
The role is based out of the Milan office and will report to the Operations Controlling Manager.

As Operations Excellence you will work on interesting responsibilities such as supporting our suppliers on a daily basis and analysing, managing and closing issues raised by them.
You'll be collaborating closely between our Carrier Managers and Finance team to ensure the best transport service and quality.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Be responsible for dealing with issues raised by our suppliers, addressing their questions and carrying out specific analyses when required;
- Support the implementation and improve the use of tools that will help the team simplify the operational daily tasks (such as ticketing, creating dashboards, etc.
);
- Be responsible for controlling documents received from our stakeholders and for addressing any questions they might have;
- Support the team in operational control activities, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly analyses to ensure proper management of the order lifecycle, for customers as well as for suppliers;
- Take ownership of several processes (such as order management and supplier reconciliations) and carrying out operational analysis;
**PREFERABLY YOU ARE**:
- Experienced in logistics or related studies;
- Organized with a great attention to details ;
- A great problem solver;
- A great communicator with high customer orientation;
- Able to properly understand processes and situations, explain roadblocks and challenges and propose potential solutions
- Able to speak and write fluently in Italian (ideally at a native level) and with a very good knowledge of English;
