Join our Smart Infrastructure Division as an **Operations Finance Manager** for **Smart Infrastructure Solution and Service business unit** and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow!

Siemens Smart Infrastructures offers an outstanding combination of business areas: as a technology partner, service provider, system integrator and product supplier, we offer products, systems, solutions and services relating to personal safety, building security and automation, heating, ventilation, air conditioning technology, as well as transmission and distribution of electrical power and systems for the low-voltage power grid level, smart grids.

The Operations Finance Manager in our **Milan** offices will be responsible for the commercial aspects, clean books & records, financial performance of the operations organization, the set up and development of a project controlling team as well as the financial management of the most critical projects.

Working closely with Head of Operations and Project Managers with the objective of carrying out the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG).

**Your Responsibilities

**Drive the Finance Project Controlling team and handle the relevant projects throughout the project Life Cycle**: Build-up and coach a team dedicated to the financial management of the projects, supporting actively the growth of the organization.

Leading by example you will also act as senior financial project controller of the most critical jobs.

You will foster engagement and ownership culture among the project team members.

Guide and support the project managers in claim, change order and contract management including Opportunity & Risk Management topics.

You shall also be responsible for reviewing the financial performances of projects and operations organization for revenue, cost, project assets and other KPIs ensuring the accuracy, compliance and clean books & records.

You will promote actively compliance, values and ethics.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Experience in project management, reporting and controlling in B2B market, preferably in building automation

- Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management and ability to proactively propose improvement actions

- Proven experience to build-up and managing a team

- Empathetic, positive outlook and encouraging ownership culture

- Able to interact and establish trusted environment, collaboration, teamwork and communicate effectively with people at all levels and cultures

- Excellent use of SAP, power point and excellence, power BI is a relevant plus

- Proficient in Italian and English languages

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Accounting

- Good knowledge of Italian code of tender and Siemens CPM Certification are a plus

- Eligibility to work in Italy
