Main responsibilities:

Liaise with the Chief of Staff to support the identification of staffing needsHelp determine selection criteriaHelp in sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e. g.

professional networks)Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the ad hoc rubricSupport the design of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsSupport the relocation process of international employees (e. g.

arrival of new teachers, housing and residency process, registration to the Italian NHS)Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor in International Relations, Management, Human Resources, or Work psychologyStudy experiences abroad (e. g.

Erasmus)Strong organizational and project management skillsPractical and fast learnerCollaborative team builderExcellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a sense of humorProvides excellent service with courtesy and professionalismComfortable with a fast-paced environmentExceptional IT skills (MacOS operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack)An Indiana Jones-style of on-the-go problem-solvingWhat we offer:
