At GLOVO Concepts we are creating the next generation of food delivery brands to make sure any town, city or neighborhood has access to an amazing assortment of restaurants.

GLOVO Concepts is a solution for partners (restaurants working with GLOVO) where we take care of the branding, marketing, supply chain and train their chefs so partners just have to cook and we help them grow their top line!

**Be a part of a team where you will**:

- Make sure that the our standards and operational process are properly executed for our +20 Brands among hundreds of our Partners

- Lead the Team of Chef Trainers

- Coordinate the launching process of the new Brands with all stakeholders to grow the business as fast as possible

- Track Partners performance and define action plans to improve quality of service of all Partners

- Organize periodicaly quality and Mystery Shopper controls to guarantee Food Safety regulations are met, and all kitchen operations are followed

- Ensure that our operators are top performers and make our brands top-quality brands

- Propose and implement improvements base on the feedback from Partners and data analysis

- Cooperate closely with Account Managers and Sales Team

- Cooperate closely with Global Operations Team

- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

**You have**:

- Experience in restaurant business preferably in large chains

- At least +3 years of experience in above restaurant operations position

- Experience working in a franchise model or QSR is a big plus

- Get stuff done attitude: you'll need to get a lot done in a short period.

You have a scrappy attitude, be comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines, thrive in an unknown environment and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty

- Great communication skills - written and verbal

- Capacity to identify the things that really move the needle

- Great coordination skills and know how to enjoy being busy all the time

- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy

- Data-driven with an high analytical approach and result oriented

- English is a must

- Passion for food

- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
