Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Piano di Sorrento as a Loading Agent.

You are responsible for loading all supplier contracts rates in our operating system, ensure to insert all stop sales from our Hotels in the system, managing our channel manager.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- Ensure that all Hotels contracts are loaded properly in our operational system

- Loading of Best Available Rates contracts for our channel manager

- Loading of transfer, excursions, guides, restaurants and Car Rental rates

- Support for the team with systems issues

- Receiving and implementing 'Stop Sales' into the system

- Ongoing updates of cost and selling rates into the system

- Work with AS 400 system

**ABOUT YOU

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required

- Precise and well-organised with ability to pratively prioritise workload

- Maintain high availability during your shift either in the office or via Teams if working remotely

- Strong computer skills

- A collaborative and great team player
