** OMS Champion in Lombardy **who has the drive to improve process, the passion for excellence and the enthusiasm for develop solution.

**In this OMS Champion role you will**:

- Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS engaging site leaders in OMS by training them on OMS Foundation with OMS Advisor and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers

- Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management Working together with the OMS Engineers during data system implementation for defining the site specific OMS Data System Concept and setting up accordingly the use and routines for site leaders (connecting OMS principles)

- Support Continuous Improvement managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions

- At least 3 years of experience in the logistics sector

- Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement

- Good knowledge of the English language

- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;

- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Point software

- Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
