We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Growth team, who will be reporting directly to the COO.

You will join a team of highly skilled professionals and you will have the opportunity to be part of the team in building and scaling the company!

Operations Manager will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our offered service and of the relationships with our partners.

You will be excited by working in a scale-up environment and will collaborate closely with our 16-people Operations team.

What you will be building with us:

- Be part of our Operations team, and work closely with - and rapport to our COO

- Ensure and improve effectiveness and efficiency of all processes, by working in cooperation with our Customer Service & Logistics Teams

- Manage the relationships with Pharmacies, together with the KAM, to create and maintain first-class relationships with them and keep the attrition/obstacles under control

- Support the Operations Team to identify root cause for performance deviations

- Plan, execute, and monitor activities that have been identified to fix KPIs deviations or improve User and Partner Experience

- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company, always making sure that operations activities and organisational processes remain on time

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders & take action to drive the business forward

- You have a university degree within Business, Engineering, Economics or similar

- You have 4 years documented experience in an Operations Management position

- Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and Operations Management

- You have a strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented way of thinking

- You have a data-driven mindset to ensure we always push for more efficiency

- Previous experience in B2C companies - Scale up will be a strong plus
