Operations Manager
Founded in 2016, Otoqi (previously Parkopoly) is a VC backed French Start-Up, based on two main pillars: 50% Technology and 50% Operations excellence.
With our proprietary, AI-enabled, tech platform we are serving the Car-sharing, Car Rental and broad Automotive Industry through Field Operations, SaaS and Data Analytics.
Thanks to our tech platform we manage a Gig Drivers workforce and deliver Field Operations for top-tier Car-sharing such as real-time Fleet Monitoring, Fleet geo rebalancing, Electric Vehicles recharging, Vehicle care.
Our mission is to accelerate the Mobility Revolution by offering lean and tech-enabled B2B solutions to Mobility players, helping them in the extremely complex operations of handling a vehicle fleet.
Otoqi is currently operating in major French cities (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Lille, etc. ).
In 2020, and carried over 60, 000 missions for our customers, with more than 100% revenue growth despite COVID-19 crisis.

- Your Mission _
**Day to day**:
- Follow-up with field operators to ensure smooth mission dispatching and staffing
- Make sure all missions are staffed and done at the right time and right level of service
- Quickly react to our clients demands to give flexible and efficient solutions.
**Drivers Management**:
- Develop and maintain our Driver recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage on a daily basis Drivers issues and requests to ensure smooth operations
**Process Management and automation
- Create and maintain process to automate daily tasks and transfer them to our experts centers (Customer Care, Driver Management, Administrative tasks)
- Participate in elaborating the recruitment strategy and investments
- Analyze and recommend the right KPIs to give the best picture of our operational efficiency
- Skills and Experience_
- You are proactive, organized and have a real knack for analysis.
You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a high pressure/high growth environment.
You want to participate in creating from ground level our new Italian branch.
- You are a natural troubleshooter, you manage stress and time pressure well while being able to handle critical decision making in a fast paced environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills which makes you a good communicator able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders, from blue collars to C-levels.
- Furthermore, you are comfortable both writing and speaking in Italian and English (French is a plus)
- Graduate in economics, engineering or equivalent work experience.
