**OPERATIONS MANAGER

**ROLE DETAILS**:

- Supervise all planning activities of the production department

- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

- Monitor daily production to resolve issues

- Supervise the quality control department the activities and testing plans

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, safe and cost-effective way

- Enforce health and safety standard and procedures

- Monitor and strengthen the shop floor and facility health state

- Ensure the proper performance of maintenance of all the plant infrastructure systems

- Monitor and improve production KPIs

- Supervise and evaluate performance of OPS staff

- Support COO in supervising 30 people, 40 printers and 10 robots On-Demand Manufacturing operations

- Estimate costs and prepare budgets and forecasts - Optimize the company supply-chain

- Carry on and handle critic and strategic providing - Supervise all the activities of the logistics department

- Supervise and efficient warehouse management - Support the technical office in design and engineering phases

- Support the technical office and the commercial department in feasibility analysis and FMEA activities

- Estimate workloads and working resources

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of experience as Operation Manager / Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager - Knowledge of 3d printing main technologies

- Deep knowledge of industrial systems and the most widespread digital and manufacturing technologies (3dprinting, milling, turning, injection molding, post-processing etc.

)

- Deep understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts

- Knowledge and experience with budgeting and forecasting

- Knowledge of quality management systems

- High skills in structuring processes and planning activities

- Knowledge of control procedures and testing techniques

- Ability to manage several teams

- Excellent fluency in English

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent organizational, managerial and leaderships skills

- Adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly

- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all staff levels
