About this opportunity

We are looking for a Demands and Applications Portfolio Manager to join us!

Purpose of this role is to drive and lead different challenges and related solutions that helps Ericsson become more efficient and flexible.

The scope is to bring value by designing and maintaining the compliance of the Application in the GELA IT portfolio with respect to Security, Privacy and Enterprise Architecture protocols.

The Demands and Applications Portfolio Manager will accomplish this by identifying ways to work more effectively and efficiently in conjunction with MA IT Business Operation Team and Enterprise IT Security Solutions.

**What you will do

- Contribute to the maintenance of the MA IT Portfolio

- Manage IT projects

- Define and work with product strategy and architecture to ensure alignment of product to the strategies and architectural frameworks

- Administer and maintain product roadmap, landscape information.

Plan and safeguard the product life cycle Align product roadmap and planned activities with dependent product roadmaps

- Manage functional and non-functional requirements

- Review, enrich and approve requirement requests and specifications

- Discuss / Communicate / Empower product direction and decisions to stakeholders / customers; Drive product direction.

- Drive DevSecOps international teams

- Ensure IT compliance (EGMS, Risk Management)

- Support operations to resolve complex production incidents when specific product expertise is needed

- Create/ maintain/ approve: system documentation, release notes, end-user documentation, product mapping, structure and product numbers

- Manage IT demands lifecycle

- Contribute and collaborate in the MA IT "vertical" fora and GELA core teams, lead continuous processes improvements and change management initiatives

- Contribute and collaborate in Market Area IT and Group IT forums for processes improvements and WoW

- Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management.

**Nice to have**:

- Bachelors or Masters' degree

- 10 years of experience out of which minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Application Management

- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) knowledge

- SAFe (scaled agile framework) knowledge
