Role: Freelance Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business organization strategies, focusing on operations and project management.

- Set up and utilize Project Management SaaS like Asana for planning, task assignment, monitoring, and managing company projects.

- Create and implement Agile project management methodologies to ensure an efficient and flexible workflow.

- Define and implement OKRs to measure company key objectives and results.

- Monitor project and operation performances, identifying obstacles promptly and proposing solutions.

- Work with internal teams to optimize operations and continuously improve business processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a business organization expert or similar roles.

- Excellent mastery of Project Management SaaS and in-depth knowledge of Agile project management methods.

- Familiarity with OKR implementation and measuring business results.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

- Creativity, flexibility, and innovation mindset to address business challenges.
