OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE / MANAGER REQUIREMENT AND ROLE Requirements: Candidate should be a resident of Rome, Italy. Apart from fluent Italian, candidate should be able to speak and write in English. Candidate should be proficient in SharePoint / MS Excel. Office hours from 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

Be able to work on Saturday half-day (from home is acceptable) from April until June. Candidate should drive their own vehicle to the office and back. Candidate should be able to handle the pressure of the high season, especially in April, May, and June. Smart working from 1st August 2025 until 31st January 2026. Job will be on a consultancy basis / Partita IVA. Lunches will have to be managed on their own. Role: Check for time limits for sending rooming lists to hotels, itinerary checks, and service confirmations. Keep a tab on cancellations and additions of tours, updating every service provider (Venice boats, guides, gondolas, assistants, restaurants, Vatican and Rome guides, etc. )

accordingly and update in the Italy master file and service list. Keep a tab on prepayments for hotels and other services and ensure payment is done on time. After getting confirmations from suppliers, update every account file with precise details to make things easier for accounts/audit to understand during financial closing. Keep a tab on any event that may cause disruptions in the itinerary. Prepare itineraries and do cross-checks before every group's arrival in Italy, updating any pending service and then updating the tour leader. Handle emergency phone every alternate weekend.
