MTI Consulting, Strategic Consulting Firm, for its client, a Fashion Company based in Milan, is looking for a:

Operations Manager

The resource will be placed in a key and strategic role within the company with the main goal of providing a strategic vision to the organization and contributing to the growth of the business.

Main activities:

- supply chain organization and planning,

- external plants production,

- buying coordination,

- lead the lean transformation project within the Company to reshape the organization of the operating activities.

Skills and Qualification:

- 5+ years experience as Senior Production Planner, Supply Chain Manager or Production Coordinator in the Fashion Sector,

- solid management skills, useful for team leadership,

- decision-making flexibility and speed,

- good relational skills for continuous dialogue with internal staff and stakeholders,

- fluent english.

- RAL around 80K;

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €70. 000, 00 - €85. 000, 00 all'anno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
