We are supporting an important multinational civil engineering firm to recruit an OPERATIONS MANAGER (CIVIL ENGINEERING BACKGROUND).

Main Responsibilities Lead the technical team, overseeing the continuous professional development for all team members and supporting the team expansion.

Actively drive strategic decisions that will support business growth.

Build and manage relationships with key players in the industry.

Oversee day-to-day operations.

Own the financial budget, managing profit and loss and cost control.

Be responsible for business development in Italy, in line with the Group's targets.

Handle all aspects of the legal administration for the Italian operations.

Requirements Master's degree in civil engineering.

Solid experience in mining engineering or railways engineering.

Strong attitude in Business Development.

Great leadership and management skills.

At least 7 years' experience in a similar role.

Fluency in English.
